Get the loan you need, regardless of your credit history!

If you have a less than perfect credit history is can be very difficult to qualify for a loan.  I know this because I fall into this category.  I recently went through the process and I was amazed at how complicated it was.  I was treated very differently by different lenders based on my credit history.  I discovered some were better equipped and more willing to help than others.   It required an exhausting amount of effort to get through the maze of red tape in some cases only to be turned down.  If you’re like me with less then perfect credit and you are thinking about buying a home, consolidating debt, or refinancing you will find this to be a very useful resource. 

After my experience with this process I thought how nice it would have been to have known what I know now, then.  I took the time to create this site for all the average folks out there like myself who are entertaining the thought of applying for a home loan but are hampered by bad credit.  There are a lot of good lending institutions out there, the real problem I had was figuring out who they were.   The good news is that I did find some really good offers and some very helpful companies.  The really good news is that I’ve taken the time to share what I’ve learned with you.
